Friday, August 25, 2006back from the doctor
not me.
it's my stupid phone. it had heart palpitations on Wed. so i sent it to the doctor and it had to be hospitalised. lucky it was just for a day and was discharged today. apparently, its organs were faulty and had to have a transplant. it seems to be functioning quite ok so far and there seems to be improvement. unfortunately, a side-effect of the operation is amnesia. anyway, quite happy that i managed to send it for treatment and get it back quick. yesterday, managed to get one of the sales to sneak me off work early so that i can reach the service center before it closed at 6. today, had a bit more trouble finding a 'chauffeur'. tried asking ET twice but he said he couldn't. then just before i knock off from work, he called and said he would send me there. hee. at least i still have one nice 'brother' around the office to squabble with and nice enough to give me free rides. |
