never ending stomach problems...
constipation. it's a torture. have visited the toilet a couple of times but to no avail. there's still wind in the stomach. taken medication. but i wanna SHIT!and thanks ying, for telling me of your successful toilet mission. i'm sure it'll motivate me to try harder.

Aiyah, take lactulose to soften the stools, and after that if you still have stomach wind, activated charcoal will help.
